5. In a different mixing bowl, add 1/2 pound of Butter.

6. Mix the butter on high for about 1 minute until it is creamed.

8. Continue mixing the butter on high while slowly adding the erythritol. This will take about 3-4 minutes. You want the butter to be almost white in color. Next, beat the egg mixture into the butter on the mixer's lowest speed.
